My study programme

 Hi everyone :D

In my opinion we have a good study programme, but this semester (that is, the sixth) is not entirely to my liking. In this semester we have subjects such as environmental politics and legislation or political economy. These are subjects that I personally do not like and it is very difficult for me to learn them, since the subjects that require a good memory and where there are not many numbers are difficult for me.

The workload of my study programme is quite high, I think it is a program that demands a lot of time, since there are many group works that you must do and getting together with other people to discuss requires a lot of time.

But of course, all of the above has to do with the rather technical and professional training aspects, however, there is one point where my faculty has a bad reputation, that point is infrastructure. The quality of the constructions is not the best and we have already stop the classes for this reason, however, they have not solved many of the problems raised. Although not everything is bad, since my faculty has many green areas where you can relax and even disconnect while being at the same university and not only that it also has a place called “Mundo Granja” where, despite being from the neighboring faculty (Favet), we can go see the animals, that's right, we have animals at the university!! Another aspect in which my university is not the best is in technology, we do not have the latest computer models or the best implements to carry out virtual classes, but we have what is fair and necessary. And finally, I consider that in the vast majority of cases teachers really use good teaching methods and have a real vocation for what they do, which in my opinion is the aspect that differentiates a good teacher from a bad one.

  1. I agree, this semester´s subjects are too conceptual sometimes

  2. Political economy will never be as interesting as Geoinformatic or Statistics >:), but is so important to learn about it (sadly).
